REGISTRATION FEES AND POLICIES

1. Per IEEE Policy, for each accepted paper to be published in the IEEE iMETA 2024 Proceedings and IEEE Xplore®, at least one author (including students) is required to register for the conference FULL AUTHOR REGISTRATION RATE. Moreover, the paper must be presented by an author named on the paper.
2. Conference registration covers the following: proceedings, Coffee Breaks, Lunches, Receiption, Gala Dinner, all co-located conferences and workshops, and attending all Keynotes.
3. Main conference and workshops papers need a full registration. Otherwise, the paper will be exculded from the proceedings.
4. Non-refundable registration fees must be paid prior to uploading the final camera-ready version of the paper.
5. The final version of accepted papers (ready for publication, camera-ready) must be formatted as the standard 2-column IEEE layout.
6. Authors should follow the allowed paper's length. Authors can pay for the over-length page charge.

IEEE Students Registration

In order to qualify for the IEEE student reduced registration fee, you should have an active IEEE membership.

Invitation Letter

Letters will be only given to individuals with an accepted paper and/or that have paid the full registration fee.

In order to obtain a letter of invitation for visa purposes, you must have an accepted paper and/or a full registration for the conference first, then please contact: contact@imeta-conference.org

Wire Transfer Registration

If you would like to pay your registeration fees through wire transfer, please contact the conference organizers at: contact@imeta-conference.org. In your email, indicate the easychair paper(s) number(s) (10 digits) and title.

Cancellation Policy

All refund/cancellation requests must be received by Sept. 30th, 2024. There will be an administrative fee of 10% of the registration deducted from each refund.
